1HEALTH HOME HEALTH AIDE
1Health Home health aides may provide personal care. These services may include assistance bathing, dressing, skin care, and light meal preparation.SKILLED NURSING
Our nurses will come to your home to begin your recovery process. They will monitor your condition and report your progress and any unexpected changes in your condition to your physician.PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our Physical Therapists will show you how to exercise and use your body properly to gain strength, mobility and prevent the recurring injury.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our skilled Occupational Therapists will evaluate the patients self-care and assist with the patients ability to accomplish activities of daily living.SPEECH THERAPY
The role of our Speech Therapist is to assess the patient and treat speech, language and communication problems.MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS
Social workers can help with some of the problems created by an illness. They may counsel with you and your family about available community resources.Home Health
CHALLENGE OF DELIVERING
HEALTH CARE
1Health Home Health Aide team provides the best daily care services in a patient’s home who either has an injury, a chronic illness or a disability. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist, our team of Aides create a safe environment for adults and seniors needing therapeutic and rehabilitative home health assistance for both long and short-term plans of care.
What do Home Health Aides Do?

Provide routine personalized care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Monitor the patient’s health and maintain up-to-date records of the patient’s physical and mental condition

Assist the patient with personal care: toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming and eating

Assist in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care
-
Help the patient in and out of bed, chairs, wheelchairs and cars
-
Provide routine basic care: assist in self-administration of medication and check and record vital signs
